US & CANADIAN ORDERS
We accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, Check/Money Order, and Wire Transfer. Please see below for details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that all International Orders must meet a minimum of $25.00

We accept US bank issued credit cards only. In some cases International American Express Cards will provide AVS (Address Verification Service), which we can accept. At this time we cannot accept PayPal for International Orders. International customers may select payment via Money Order, Bank Check or Wire Transfer. Please see below for details.

Credit Card:

• We accept US and Canadian bank-issued Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Optima Cards.
• We do not accept International Credit Cards unless they can be verified by AVS (Address Verification Service). Since most International Credit Cards do not provide AVS, alternate payment methods can be made via Money Order, Bank Check, or Wire Transfer (see below).

PayPal

• We accept PayPal payments for US and Canadian orders. We also accept PayPal payments from the United Kingdom up to $250 USD. 
• Please note that Kidsurplus.com is not directly linked to PayPal. Once you have placed your order you will need to access your PayPal account at www.paypal.com and transfer your order total including shipping to our account name info@kidsurplus.com. Once we receive confirmation from PayPal that you have sent payment we will process and ship your order.

Check/Money Order

• We accept payment via Personal, Certified or Bank Check, and Money Orders. All funds must be payable in USD. We do not accept personal checks from outside of the United States. Money Orders can be obtained from your local bank or Western Union office.
• Once your Check or Money Order is received and deposited we require a waiting period of 15 business days for the check to clear through our bank.
• International Orders: you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department with the actual shipping charges and final order total. This may take up to 2 business days.

Wire Transfer

• We accept Wire Transfer payments in USD for all orders. An additional $16 bank processing fee will be added to all Wire Transfer orders.
• After your order has been placed, our Customer Service Department will contact you via email to provide you with wire transfer instructions and order total including wire transfer fee and shipping charges.

Sales Tax

• Orders shipping Outside of Vermont: You will not have to pay sales tax if your order is shipping outside of the state of Vermont.
• Orders shipping to a Vermont Address: Orders shipping to a Vermont address will be subject to state sales tax on items designated as taxable by the State of Vermont. Vermont state sales tax is 6%.
• Shipping Charges: If your order is shipping to a Vermont address and you have taxable items on your order your shipping charges are subject to a 6% Vermont state sales tax.
• Burlington, Manchester, Stratton, and Williston, Vermont Addresses: All orders shipping to Burlington, Manchester, Stratton or Williston, VT, or picked up at our physical store location at 290 Boyer Circle, Williston, VT, will be subject to both a Vermont state sales tax of 6% and a local options tax of 1% on taxable items as designated by the State of Vermont.
