
We offer shipping with FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service. Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding all major holidays.
FedEx Ground Shipping
(48 Contiguous States)
All orders large or small will be shipped for a flat rate of $8.95 per delivery address.
- We are currently shipping within 2-3 business days from receipt of your order.
- FedEx Ground packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday until 8 pm.

FedEx 2nd Day & Next Day Air
(48 Contiguous States)
Orders shipped via FedEx 2nd Day or Next Day Air are subject to shipping rates based on weight and destination.
- Your shipping rate will display on the Review & Payment page during checkout.
Shipping Times
- Express Orders received Monday-Friday by 2:00pm EST will go out that day. If your order is received after 2:00 pm EST it will ship out the next business day.
- FedEx Express does not include weekend service.
- Express orders received on Friday after 2:00pm EST, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on Monday.
- Examples: If you place an Express order before 2:00pm EST on Thursday, Next Day Air will arrive on Friday and 2nd Day Air will arrive on Monday. If you place an Express order on Friday before 2:00pm EST, Next Day Air will arrive on Monday and 2nd Day Air will arrive on Tuesday.
- Saturday delivery may be added to 2nd Day Air orders received by Thursday at 2:00pm EST. FedEx charges an additional $12.50 for Saturday delivery. Please note that Saturday delivery may not be available in select areas. If you require Saturday delivery please contact our Customer Service Department.
U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail
(P.O. Boxes - 48 Contiguous States and all APO/FPO)
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Military addresses will be charged a flat rate of $8.95 per delivery address.
- Orders sent USPS to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not available for Express shipping (2nd
Day or Next Day Air).
- Certain oversized items do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping. Actual shipping rates will apply. You will be contacted by customer service the next business day with a shipping quote for your approval.

- Shipping rates are based on package weight.
- Orders sent to Canada are not available for Express shipping (2nd Day or Next Day Air).
International Shipments
- A shipping rate will NOT display on your order. You will be emailed by customer service the next business day with a shipping rate for your approval prior to shipping.
- Shipping rates are based on package weight.
- Any additional international duties and fees are the customer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Free Ground Shipping
- We offer Free Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States on select items throughout our Web site. These items can ship via FedEx Ground and the U.S. Postal Service to P.O. Boxes (48 contiguous states) and to all APO/FPO addresses.
- When you have multiple items in your cart, only items designated with free ground shipping ship for free. For example, if you ordered product A with free shipping, but then added X other items, you will still be charged the flat rate shipping charge for those X other items.
- Free shipping does not apply to FedEx 2nd Day or Next Day Air orders. If you choose to ship the item via 2nd Day or Next Day Air your shipping rate will display on the Review & Payment page of checkout.
- Free ground shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territories, Canada and other International destinations. Please see the information above regarding shipments to these destinations.
Items Shipped Directly from the Manufacturer
- Select items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are noted in the product descriptions.
- If you place an order for an item that ships directly from a manufacturer and have other items in your shopping cart that are shipped from our warehouse please note that these items will ship separately and may arrive at different times.
- These items ship ground only and are not available to ship FedEx Express or to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Canada or International destinations.
Pick Up at 290 Boyer Circle, Williston, Vermont
- You may place your order on our Web site and have the option to pick up your order at our warehouse location. Please Note: You will be required to enter your address in the "ship to" section of the check out page. Once you have chosen your ship method of "Pick Up at 290 Boyer Circle, Williston, Vermont" your shipping address will automatically change to our Williston address.
- Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed. You will be contacted by phone when your order is ready for pick up.
- Our store hours for pick up are Monday - Friday 9:30 to 5:30pm,
Saturday 10:00 to 5:00.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped you will receive a ship confirmation email from us with the tracking number and carrier being used to deliver your package.
- If you have a KidSurplus account you may also log in and get your tracking number and carrier for your order.
Refusal of Delivery
- At the time of delivery if an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to
KidSurplus.com as well as the original shipping charges. Please see our
Returns and Exchanges page for more information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- If a package is returned to Kidsurplus.com or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
- If the package included a free ground shipping item, or if a free shipping coupon or promotion was applied, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and full redelivery costs.
Backorders
- We are sorry but at this time we do not fill backorders.
- If you would like to order 5 or more of an item please contact customer service
at 866-543-3325 as we may be able to fill your order quickly.
Multiple Ship To Addresses

The KidSurplus shopping cart has the ability for you to take care of all your personal shopping or gift giving in a single checkout. Use our multiple ship-to capability to send items to different recipients, whether you're sending the same item to everybody or different items to each address.
If you choose to send the same item to different recipients you will need to order each item separately in your cart. For example if you are ordering three Spaceships and want to ship 1 Spaceship to three different people you will need to add the Spaceship to your cart three separate times. During checkout you will have the opportunity to select one Spaceship to send to Jimmy, one Spaceship to Sally, and one Spaceship to John.
Please note that each recipient will be subject to a separate shipping charge based on our standard rates.

- Orders shipping to CA, OR, WA, ID, MT, NV, UT, AZ, WY, ND, and NM must be received by Thursday, December 17th, 2:00 PM EST.
- Orders shipping to CO, SD, and NE must be received by Friday, December 18th, 2:00 PM EST.
- Orders shipping to TX, OK, KS, MN, IA, MO, AR, LA, AL, FL, GA, TN, KY, IL, WI, and IN must be received by Sunday, December 20th, 2:00 PM EST.
- Orders shipping to ME, MI, OH, SC, NC, VA, WV, PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE, and D.C. must be received by Monday, December 21st, 2:00 PM EST.
- Orders shipping to VT, NH, MA, CT, and RI must be received by Tuesday, December 22nd, 2:00 PM EST.
- FedEx 2nd Day Air* - Orders within the 48 contiguous states must be received by Tuesday, December 22nd, 12:00 PM (Noon) EST. Delivery will be Thursday, December 24th.
- FedEx Next Day Air* - Orders within the 48 contiguous states must be received by Wednesday, December 23rd, 12:00 PM (Noon) EST. Delivery will be Thursday, December 24th.
- USPS* - All P.O. Boxes, Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all US Territories - Orders must be received by Monday, December 14th, 12:00 PM (Noon) EST.
